2008 Brockville Road Race for Habitat

2008 Brockville Road Race for Habitat::

Welcome to the 5th Annual Brockville Road Race for Habitat to be held in Lyn, Ontario on May 10, 2008. Our race is an early-season event that lets you test your legs after a long winter on the trainer. It also offers a convenient location for Eastern Ontario riders, within a 60-minute drive of Ottawa, Cornwall and Kingston. The race is held on a 9.6 kilometer circuit comprised of the loop of County Road 27, Howe Road, and County Road 46.

Apart from the joy of slogging it out through a ride of up to 125 kilometres on beautiful country roads, we willl also be offering cash prizes to the top 3 in each category, plus the top male and female riders' names will be engraved on the Gordon Di Labio Memorial Plaque. Di Labio was an Iron Man triathlete, an avid cyclist, and an admired member of the Brockville Cycling Club who tragically died of cancer in 2004.

We look forward to seeing you at this year's race.
